1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and is ready for shipment. Orders placed after 5 PM (EST) or on non-business days will be processed the next business day.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer various shipping options depending on your location:
- Standard Shipping (3-7 business days)
- Expedited Shipping (1-3 business days)
Please note that delivery times are estimates and do not account for delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs clearance for international orders.
3. International Shipping
We currently ship to select international locations. Delivery times for international orders vary depending on the destination. International customers are responsible for any additional taxes, duties, or customs fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in the shipping cost and must be paid by the customer upon receipt of the package.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with tracking information. You can use this tracking number to check the status and expected delivery date of your order. If you do not receive tracking information within the stated processing time, please contact us at clothing@girlshop.me for assistance.
5. Undeliverable or Lost Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address or refusal to pay duties, we will issue a refund for the order amount, excluding the original shipping costs. Girlshop is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once they have been marked as delivered by the carrier. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us, and we will do our best to assist you.
6. Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately with photos of the damage and your order number. We will work with you to resolve the issue, including offering a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.
7. Shipping Restrictions
Some products may have shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or material. These restrictions will be noted in the product description. We reserve the right to limit or cancel orders placed in violation of these restrictions.
