At Girlshop, your satisfaction is our priority. If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, we’re here to help with our straightforward refund policy.
Refund Eligibility
To be eligible for a refund, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. We ask that you initiate your return within 30 days of your purchase date. Additionally, you’ll need to provide a valid proof of purchase, such as your order number, to process your refund.
Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items are non-refundable. These include:
- Sale items marked as ‘Final Sale’
- Gift cards
- Intimate apparel, such as lingerie and swimwear, due to hygiene reasons
How to Request a Refund

Please provide your order number and explain the reason for your return. Our team will guide you through the return process and provide any further instructions you may need.
Processing Your Refund
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we’ll process your refund and apply it to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account. Kindly note that original shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund within the expected timeframe, we recommend first checking your bank account again. If it’s still not showing, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please don’t hesitate to contact us at clothing@girlshop.me.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us at clothing@girlshop.me for further assistance.
Returning Your Item
If you’re returning an item, please be aware that you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
